How many rooms are there at your hotel?
We have 17 rooms in 8 different categories. Most of our rooms are rock rooms set in natural fairy chimneys — a feature that sets us apart from other cave hotels.
Can we watch the balloons from the hotel?
From most of our rooms and the terrace you can watch the valley and the balloons. As the wind decides their route, they may fly in different directions.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do.
Are there rooms for guests with walking difficulties?
Yes, we have rooms available for guests with walking difficulties or handicaps.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 pm. Times are flexible depending on availability.
Do you have spa or massage at the hotel?
While we do not have a spa centre yet, we offer private in-room massage service.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Do you have rooms for guests with claustrophobia?
Yes, we have bright rooms with scenery.
Do you make reservations for balloon tours?
Yes. Our front office works as a concierge and arranges balloon flights all year round, subject to weather conditions.
Does your restaurant serve outside guests?
Our restaurant, terrace café and bars serve outside guests as well; we recommend booking tables in advance during busy periods.
Can we smoke in the rooms?
Our rooms are non-smoking. If you let us know during booking, we can assign rooms with a balcony.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Currently only one room has air conditioning; the rock rooms are naturally cool — nature's own air conditioning.
Hygiene & Safety
What precautions do you take in food service?
Breakfast is served à la carte. Staff use protective equipment and disinfect food & beverage areas frequently. All service equipment is washed at high temperature after each use.
How is the room cleaning procedure?
Room cleaning staff work with masks and gloves, changing gloves after every room. High-touch points are disinfected and rooms are ventilated for at least one hour after cleaning.
What precautions were taken at the front office?
Social distance lines of 1.5 m, frequent disinfection of POS machines, and luggage delivered by staff with personal protective equipment.
How do you clean common areas?
Gardens and general areas are cleaned and disinfected frequently and regularly.
